Product Warranty

All Hager B&R products have a 24 month (2 year) warranty, with the exception of the hagerblu Dimmer Mechanisms (WBMD400LO & WBMD400TO) which have a 12 month (1 year) warrranty, from the time of purchase against any faulty material or workmanship. The obligation of Hager B&R under this warranty is to service or replace defective parts when the unit is returned to Hager B&R or a recognised Hager B&R distributor. This warranty becomes void if the unit has been tampered with or damaged in any way other than in the normal installation and operation of the unit. This warranty is entirely dependant on the Hager B&R product being installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and installed by a suitable qualified person. Any other warranties either implied or expressed and arising by operation of law or otherwise are hereby excluded.
